If you want to be able to vote in the April 19 Presidential primary.

Note this is only if you are already registered to vote and aren't a Democrat. The deadline for a new registration is much closer to the actual election.

New registrations can be done much closer to the eleciton. In every state, you can do a new registration 30 days before.
