As far as "lead" host, as I see it there is only one and their only extra duty is to appoint other hosts. Of course there is a pecking order in so much as each host has the ability to "remove" any of the hosts lower on the pecking list. The list is completely via seniority. At least as I see it.

If you add Cali, she should be here, I've already voted.

We should have individual polls, one for first place, another poll for second, third, fourth and fifth. That means we have an opportunity to vote for all our hosts.

Each host post should be voted on separately. There is no reason we should be ramroding this thru when some members may not visit the site on a daily basis.

If we need a host for security reasons, then elect host #1 and the remaining hosts elected on a 1 week timetable. This group isn't going to dissolve in 1 week.
