Sad to say Hawaii senators are supporting HRC

Both Hirono and Schatz are supporting HRC. Any ideas on how to lobby them for Bernie? Looks like they jumped on the wrong bandwagon. They probably are in the "agree with him but he can't win" camp. I'll be trying to convince them that he has a lot of support here in Hawaii, using social media.

Point out that it's a primary, and that HRC is using dark money and has a history of giving away jobs to other nations.

See the link in my sigline, send them that information.

And, more importantly, tell them the good things about Bernie.

Mahalo!

Brian Schatz is @SchatzforHawaii and @brianschatz

He is generally very progressive (got my vote) and may at least consider shifting his support if enough people contact him.

Mazie Hirono - could not find her Twitter handle, but went to her FB page. Her post in support of HRC got a lot of negative feedback! I asked her to consider Bernie, since she agrees with him on almost every issue.

I think they are both afraid of losing DNC support. Politics, pure and simple.
