-LINK REMOVED IT NEEDS NO MORE ATTENTION, THE GDBernie says that the investigation into Hillary's emails is a legitimate concern.
The hillary supporters are now saying that Bernie is on the right wingers side, blatantly ignoring the fact that Obama himself supports the damn investigation.
Cherry picking to suit their view points as usual.
I know this is the bernie group and we only want positive Bernie news, but within that link the Hillary group is actively using their group to spread misinformation and hatred for Bernie, we might as well use our group to set up defense for the barrage of BS coming our way.
At least our group isn't full of "LOOK AT HOW EVIL HILLARY IS, LOOK WHAT I FOUND MWAHAHAHAAAA"
I swear they're schoolyard bully-like. I thought they were supposed to do their plotting at hillarysupporters.com

(4,805 posts)We can expect that nonsense to spill over into the general discussion forums as well... :/
Hiraeth
(4,805 posts)but, she does not have the EQ (imo) to lead this country in the way I would like to see it go.
I personally, think she would make a great VP for Bernie but, as you know that opinion around here is laughed at by both sides.
So, I tend to just read for comprehension and post less.

(37,127 posts)can you imagine if we could replace John Roberts with her?
She has the intelligence, aptitude, and personality for that role. I don't see her as president.
Hiraeth
(4,805 posts)her as President.
She does not have EQ (whatever you want to call it, compassion/morals/ethics) to sit on the Supreme Court.
I tend to lean toward mercy rather than justice not sure I can see Hillary leaning that way.
Interesting idea though and probably worthy of debate/discussion.
Thanks

(37,127 posts)I have to admit I was thinking more about her writing ability, mental acuity, etc. Showing mercy may not be a strong suit given the use of torture at high levels of our government (and which she would have known about as Secretary of State).

(10,056 posts)It just comes off badly. Either she is qualified or not. You don't nominate someone for a position where they need 'guidance.'

But her supporters are so stunted, so --well, as pointed out here, so middle school yard bullying, in the main, that I wonder what it says about the "EQ" of the whole campaign?

Until I see something widespread on Twitter/Reddit I'm not worrying about it.

Schema Thing
(10,283 posts)it was definitely a passing comment, after which he made the point that he doesn't think the media should focus on Hillary's emails when there are more substantive things to talk about, but I know I've heard him express that sentiment several times. Probably in interviews.

(49,019 posts)You can't refute a smear with those spreading a smear. All that happens is you get sucked into an argument. Is that really worth your time and effort? Spend time discussing the issues with like minded people, also known as "Those Nasty Bernie Supporters" in our group
Thank you for removing the link.

(10,345 posts)It's a fact that's too true... We won't be changing their minds. Why bother? The only minds we can change are those in real life.
And I've preached the bern to over 10 people in my social circle now. And that will go even further.
Plus, I'm going to start phone banking for Bernie next week! I'm brave enough this time! I'll do it!

(10,056 posts)This statement shows how crazy this shit is getting:
"Lets get Bernie Sanders aligned with Donald Trump and Trey Gowdy. EXCELLENT!...................."
This amounts to manufacturing a meme, one that is a lie, for political gain.
Doubledee
(137 posts)Senator Sanders specifically noted that the brouhaha about the Clinton emails was nonsense, was enough said about nothing f substance, and that it was the investigation itself that was partisan nonsense and a subject of concern..
Those who promote this false interpretation, if democrats, are dinos and probably rethuglicans in disguise.
