Bernie Sanders
Related: About this forumAnyone else get a robocall about a Clinton --
phone-in event??
I just got one, identified as being from her campaign. The message ended with thanks for being a Clinton supporter.
I've never given a dime to the DNC nor to ANY of the Clinton campaigns, never signed up for emails/volunteering/Clinton-sponsored petitions. I have never gotten a piece of mail (snail or e) or phone call from her campaign before, even in 2008 -- heck, this is the first Presidential campaign call I have ever gotten in 35 years, period (including Bernie).
Wonder what gives???

(5,946 posts)I can damn well put my money directly to the candidates I support without paying Wasserman's salary for screwing up the midterms.
eta - oh, on topics, I banished all robo calls with norobo software.

(4,065 posts)thanking me for supporting her campaign and joining her team. I received the first one Thursday night and two more (I think from other websites) since then, but I've not supported her campaign or even visited her social media sites. I've not donated money or signed petitions, etc., for anything so I have no idea how I am on her list. (It's not the email I use for DU either.)
Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
