Who are considered members of same household for a Medicaid application?

Medicaid expansion, Income based medicaid, application. List all members of household. Would you include adult relatives living in the same house if they file separate taxes and nobody is a tax dependent?

I was advised not to include my significant other as we dont share bank accounts. I halved the monthly expenses to show only my portion and was approved without issue. My guess is that it would be similar?

3. Isn't "Medicaid" run by the states?
