Congratulations! You have been chosen to be the leading representative of the Democratic Party.

Your fellow patriots have put confidence in you to be both a warrior for democracy and a healer to our nation.

You are now being asked to carry our torch. The task is not easy. We chose you because we believe in your leadership and strength. The road ahead might not be easy at times, but know that we stand with you.

Our primary season was one for the history books. It was a remarkable journey traveled together. That battlefield now rests to be resown with the grand ideas of our future generation. You have earned the respect and fierce support of your former opponents. We now come together in unity as a new journey begins.

Our hearts beat as loud as our drums. Our resolve is unwaivering and we will not give in to intimidation or uncertainty.

Now, go kick some ass!
