without fully reviewing the evidence.

She then repeated the charge in an interview outside the hearing room.

IF Barr had just acted like a normal supervisor if you were, and took the charging decision, then what he is saying would be true. Why would he look at the underlying evidence? If he's going to do that, what does he need a prosecutor for?

BUT, he didn't act that way, he took it upon himself to make the charging decision. And he did so without looking at the underlying evidence.

Wow. SO many impressive Senators today for the Dems. Only one gop...sasse(? young fellow) even said anything remotely honorable. Glimmer of hope if more gop can/will peel off in impeachment hearings/vote.

He's a grandstander. He says stuff that makes him look semi-reasonable, then he follows the party line.

Votes with Trump 86% of the time, right on target.

honed for years as a prosecutor. Al Franken’s gone, can we afford to lose Harris as well? Yes, I can see the same argument can be made about Elizabeth, and I’m sensitive to that. What I am suggesting is Kamala should turn down an offer for VP.

Plenty of excellent women from California in Congress, both present and past. Vermont could learn a lot from you (seeing how it is the only state that has never voted a woman into Congress) and Mississippi too (only one woman appointed, not elected.)
