And Hillary Clinton that he can use for 2020.

He is using his “personal attorney”, Giuliani, and not the State Department or any other part of government.

This is banana republic dictator stuff, folks. And that is not even a slight exaggeration. If he gets away with this, we are all done as a democracy. Guaranteed.
