The Candidates... what you see in them now is what they are going to be after they are elected

there will be no change in personality..

Those who are grouchy, will still be grouchy.. those who have started to believe their publicity, will still believe their publicity.. those who look for the good in all, will still be looking for the good in all.. those who are erratic.. will still be erratic

How people run their campaigns.. will be how they will run the government... look at the nightmare Trump is.. he was a nightmare on the campaign trail too.. (just an example)

I am paying close attention.. I love Joe Biden.. he has great numbers..but there is no guarantee that he will get the nod, so I still pay very close attention to all the other candidates.. especially the top 10..

There are some I would feel very very comfortable with... the first debates are around the corner.. going to tell a lot

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Do they have the education (critical thinking skills) and experience (public service) to understand the awesome responsibility of the office.

Do they have a strong moral and ethical compass?

Do they have the influence and capacity to recruit and build the BEST executive team?

Vice President is a yes on all three.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

for people to get the death penalty - does not equal ethics, IMO.

Yeah - he had his reasons. But it is main legacy. It is what he is most proud of.

He was proud of being tougher than the Republicans.

If a Republican drafted such a bill - I would think it was horrible.

primary today, I would vote for:

didn't live thru that period as an adult. I did. I welcomed the Crime Bill as many African Americans did. Was it perfect? Did it result in the disproportionate minority representation in prison populations? Yes. But many of those existed BEFORE the crime bill.

Many many African Americans like me supported the crime bill because we saw our neighborhoods being ravaged by the drug trade (drug dealing and using and violent drug gangs).

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
