and without him four years ago, maybe Elizabeth Warren wouldn't be as widely heard as she is now. But now that she's here...

I backed Sanders in the primaries (and had zero sympathy for anyone who didn't get behind Hillary for the general), but if Warren had been in the mix back then I'd likely have supported her. But I think her campaign now can be much bolder in terms of policy thanks in part to the ideas Sanders put in circulation a few years ago.

It seems to be the general consensus that a woman will not win and become the primary candidate but may be getting an opportunity to run as the VP of a man. Wouldn't it be something to see a Warren/Harris or Harris/Warren team? I do not want to vote for a woman only because she is a woman. That would be like voting for a man only because he is a man, a Jew because he is a Jew, an Asian because he is Asian, a Christian because he's a Christian, a Hispanic only because..... I want to vote for the person and their policies. Unfortunately many minorities get votes or lose votes based on whatever their "minority/majority status" is and not what their policies are. We are still living in a very prejudiced country/world and that will not change in my lifetime.

primary today, I would vote for:

(Who was cheated out of the outright win).

Seriously, I believe Biden is polling high right now mostly because of his name recognition. When we start getting into the heart of the campaign and debates there's a good chance that will change.

Compared to the current occupant of the White House I'll be thrilled with any of our candidates.
