MSNBC will be carrying it live, according to what I've heard this morning, and I'm guessing CNN will, too.

But I wanted to post the links to the Biden campaign website and YouTube for those who don't have cable TV.

I've always liked Joe. He's pretty much tied for first place for me. I only got to hear a little bit of his speech while running errands. Bookmarking for later.
