We're not in 2016 any more.

But, yes, hatemongering Hillary's name was so effective then, with such huge reservoirs of unresolved nastiness still available to tap into, that both the left and right populist groups are putting them to work in this election also.

Desperation time already for some, I'm thinking. The kind of Sanders supporters who are already telling pollsters they won't vote for any Democratic candidate may like it, but they're already wired in to their leader. Whereas Democratic voters really don't like this behavior.

...she literally got more votes. The American people chose her despite the messed up system we have choosing otherwise. So, in one sense, she did defeat Donald “Fascist” Trump.

I think he does like most candidates do -- even Trump -- which is to hire the people who have been loyal in the past.

I got Warren as my backup choice. I'd be quite happy with her as Pres.

… the primaries. Originally, Bernie Sanders was a very positive candidate, and that was a big part of his appeal. Isolated, this tweet would mean nothing, but it's part of a bigger picture. The Sanders campaign needs to cut this out immediately and say something nice about Obama or Hillary every day...

it's ridiculing Clinton, described as the supposed defeater of facism, for making this tweet about scrabble. It's the contrast between the role attributed to Clinton (by whom I don't know) and Clinton's joke. I'm still not sure what prompted Winifred to attack Clinton. It really sounds immature and petty to react that way.
