I talked to an elderly woman for about 10 minutes and I indicated my support for Beto. It's the first time that ever occurred for me and I'm 53 years old and live in a small town (about 8,500 people) in a red county.

That was an historic accomplishment. But can't you see him and his followers continuing that passion to vote Dem down the ballot in the 2020 General election even if he's not at the top of the ticket?

Although Beto will absolutely support whoever the nominee is, if the way he is being treated continues I could see a great deal of very deep resentment and disillusionment from his supporters. It's easy to unite when your candidate has a fair playing field. It's more difficult to do that when your candidate does NOT get that because you are left feeling a bit disenfranchised. That's the LAST thing this country needs, so I sure as heck hope the national media stops with the inaccurate reports and in some cases straight up lies. It's harmful to the process.

Let's see where they are after the debates. He has built a lot of infrastructure to get out the votes in the early primary states and he also has the financial resources to make it through to the Super Tuesday primaries.

Keep in mind he collected $80M and pretty much immediately shared it, instead of keeping it for himself or his future campaigns.

It's sad how the other camps have sought to minimize and ridicule what he accomplished in Texas - the level of vitriol and ill will against him from Democrats is worse than when he was running against Cruz
