But if Pete doesn't start polling well against Trump in battlefield states before my primary rolls around, my vote may be up for grabs. Of course, if that's what happens, Pete may well be out by then anyway.

wall, we have no path to the presidency in 20 and beyond...could we take Georgia, Arizona and Texas...maybe but generally losing moves the country right not left.

And millions of women voted for him anyway, somewhat inexplicably.

If what he did prior to the 2016 election didn't alienate them, I'm not confident that more of the same suddenly will. He's a known quantity, as is his misogyny.

It wouldn't bother me one bit, but it just won't happen. If either one of them is the nominee, their running mate will be a white male.

1. 2 females (the country hasn't even gone for 1 female in the 2nd banana seat yet)
2. 2 "coastal elites," as regarded by middle Americans (many Americans have a view of the Dem. Party as representing the two coasts, and not representing the rest of America, much less relating to them or understanding them)
3. 2 fairly unknown people, nationally.
4. One of them has no executive experience (Warren).
5. 2 Senators (Senators have a hard time getting elected as President; lots of fodder for attacks, and being in the Senate is a group effort, not executive experience)
6. 2 Senators who have reputations of being left of moderate. They represent the same constituency, I think, which is not the majority of the Democratic Party.
7. 2 Senators, neither of whom brings to the election a state or geographic area that isn't going to vote Democratic, anyway.
