Ivanka, Donald Trump donated to Kamala Harris' campaign for California attorney general

However, as the Bee now reports, Harris' spokesperson Ian Sams says Harris didn't use Trump's donation. Rather, in 2015 — a year after she had already been reelected and was working toward a Senate run — she gave the $6,000 to a nonprofit that works to secure civil rights for Central Americans.

It surely has nothing to do with policy, but only to do with favors.

He was never gonna get one from Kamala.

"I give to to everybody," he said in a debate in 2015. "They call, I give. And you know what, when I need something from them two years later, three years later, I call them, they are there for me."

Was Trump's money marked and put in a drawer someplace while she was running for AG? No, she took the money and used it in her campaign for AG. A year later, after she won and was running for the Senate, she took someone elses money, and gave that to the nonprofit and called it Trump's.

one's salary doesn't come from the employer's customers either because no customer ever writes a check marked "money assigned for Joe Sixpack's salary" and nor does the employer put it in a drawer in an envelope marked "money assigned for Joe Sixpack's salary."

It all goes into one or more accounts and mixed together.

The point is that the customer got the goods and services and Joe Sixpack was paid a salary.

Or ... when store gives you a refund, they don't give you back the same money you originally gave them.
