I'm already tired of the Democratic Debate and it's not for two more days

The political press is treating it like a sporting event, handicapping the participants, discussing the strategy each should use, etc.

I'm already over it.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

media attention, distractions from the trump problems, - lot of dissipated energies which could be more productively aimed at trump.

11. Great minds discuss ideas
Mon Jun 24, 2019, 08:00 PM

The quote below has often by attributed to Eleanor Roosevelt, but its origin cannot be verified:

Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.

Our democracy would be much better served by in depth discussions of ideas instead of treating politics as a sporting event with a cast of characters.
