Wow. Biden is bringing down the house right now.

Laying out his record on race in a strong, clear fashion. This is impressive.

If I were to vote in a presidential

well. He got the Mayor of Atlanta, Georgia's endorsement this morning.. He's now on a roll!

Biden lands 2020 endorsement from Atlanta Mayor Bottoms

"The larger context was that you have to work across the aisle with people you don't like, people you don't agree with," Bottoms said. "I do it each and every day as mayor of Atlanta in a red state."

Bottoms added that Biden's work on civil rights issues and his progressive resume demonstrate his commitment and that the remarks were blown out of proportion.

"My position is, if his explanation was good enough for John Lewis, then it's good enough for me," Bottoms added, referring to the Georgia congressman and civil rights icon who was among Biden's defenders after the controversy.

whoever is up in the polls will be "making mistakes" and there will be "concerns raised" because they can't get 15M viewers to the next debate if someone is consistently 20 points ahead in each and every poll... hence the procession of "concerned party pundits" (most of whom you have never seen before today) talking about Joe's record from 30 years ago. What those pundits DON'T say is that the Republicans will NEVER EVER bring up those votes or positions because that would only endear Biden to the Repuke base! First, it was Joe that brought up his history with Racist POS Senator Eastland. Joe! Not Barack, not Kamala.

Joe stepped into that landmine when no one was thinking about it less known asking about his history on supporting Segregated Busing.

Hell, before a week ago, most Gen Xers had NO IDEA this was his history.

Now, we do. This impacted US. We caught these busses in the 1970's when Joe was STILL FIGHTING for Segregated Busing with Racist Senator Eastland in 1977 to be exact.

What Joe should do is atone. He doesn't have too and can keep doing what he has been doing. Bring up another head scratching moment from his past. Again, this is Joe's choice to make.

However, we will not be silent, shut up, go in a corner, or anything else about this ---- unless a full apology is given. FULL STOP.

That is what Kamala was saying in the real last night and it is HIS CHOICE to MAKE.

With that, have a Lovely Evening.

Joe has done nothing to apologize for.

His detractors are just scraping the bottom and/or beating a dead horse.

I hope he will be better prepared this time. I think he was hurt -- both emotionally and electorally -- and felt ambushed. The claws are out -- because (surprise, surprise) Kamala and others plan to win.

And yes, she's in it to win it. No one should be surprised. Joe needs to be better prepared to handle the arrows coming his way on the next round. Not by punching down but by extolling his own record and comparing it to the record of others.

He does that? He wins.
