....Senstor Harris has done alot to support the lgbtq community and like she said there is still so much work to do.

Although I was far in the periphery, Your words brought a tear to eye of this going-on 60 year old gay man, who fought the homophobia very much on my own 45 years ago, in my own way. I had grown tired from all the walking and headed to BART shortly thereafter.
Today you served those idiotic homophobes and nay-sayers a nice, big, hot, steaming cup of STFU for me!
And gave me a feeling of dignity that my words in the mid-70's weren't just wasted effort to change hearts and minds.

her and Nancy Pelosi before her. Although i’ve seen both in this pride event for years, today was definitely the closest.
