amount is higher than your figure. That bill was going to be passed and by making it better- Biden and other Democrats did their job at the time. When we elect a Democratic president and a Democratic congress, we can change it in beneficial ways. As for Sen. Sanders I would support him in a general...but never a primary. There are plenty of reasons in the last two years in my opinion...google Hugh Mello. The charges against Biden are decades old. I would hope you would support Biden...as I expect he will be the candidate. Of course Beto has a chance also. I really don't think Sen. Sanders can win the primary.

I was referring to Nina Turner who supports Greens, and even Republicans in 'Our Revolution' while progressive Democrats like Sherrod Brown must 'earn' their spot. I do not believe Nina Turner is a Democrat. She once was and I voted for her in Ohio...but not any more. She helped elect Trump.

If I Had any intention of supporting Sen. Sanders in the primary, the ship sailed when he appointed Nina. To be fair I doubt I would have supported him anyway. I do not believe he can win a general and I want to win in 2020...sure I would support and vote for him in a general...but I fear we would lose. This simply can't happen.

I would add that my niece went into the Air Force because the student load program was so bad under Bush...she would be ready for classes and no money...and she did it the earliest she could. The banks redlined too...so not only was it an attack but it was unfair and not true as well. We need to do something about student loans no doubt but...lets think about it logically and not attack Democrats unfairly. And since 2010 when some voter including some on our side abandoned Pres. 18. One of my favorite fables as a child was "The Scorpion and the Frog."
Sun Mar 10, 2019, 01:34 PM
Mar 2019

A scorpion asks a frog to carry it across a river.

The frog hesitates, afraid of being stung by the scorpion, but the scorpion argues that if it did that, they would both drown.

The frog considers this argument sensible and agrees to transport the scorpion.

The scorpion climbs onto the frog's back and the frog begins to swim, but midway across the river, the scorpion stings the frog, dooming them both.

The dying frog asks the scorpion why it stung the frog, to which the scorpion replies "I couldn't help it. It's in my nature."

24. Sanders HAS to go negative big time against Democrats,
Sun Mar 10, 2019, 03:18 PM
Mar 2019

even if he mostly holds off long enough to reassure those people who want to believe he meant this. Most won't hold a running stream of low-grade criticisms against him, itm.

But he's leading a populist campaign, and those worst of his followers who are caught up by populist fervor require him to lead them in attacking "the evil elites." It's in the very definition of populism. They are the true Democrats and those in government are evil elites who must be brought down.

So whether those people come from the insurgent left or are fallaway trumpsters Sanders is hoping to draw in larger numbers this time, they will cheer his attacking Democratic leaders. And if he were to disappoint, most of their type would drop him like an old, cold potato.

If I were to vote in a presidential

honest when he stated outright, sighed and implied, even filed temporary lawsuits, claiming that dozens of state parties (with Hillary's help, of course) stole nearly every primary he didn't get a majority in. That that also requires them to believe dozens of state Democratic parties are every bit as dirty as the Republicans has never seemed to be a problem.

The same exact dynamic is playing out with the apparent murder by Saudi Arabia of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Trump has applied the “innocent until proven guilty” notion to the Saudi state, even directly comparing the case to Kavanaugh’s. Despite the reported audio evidence of Khashoggi’s brutal dismemberment at the hands of Saudi officials, physical evidence of an attempted cover-up, and the plain fact that Khashoggi entered a Saudi Consulate never to be seen again, Trump is treating the case as a stone-cold whodunit. Don’t be surprised when, in spite of all this evidence, whatever cover story is eventually manufactured for Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, or any other probable culprits, is ultimately accepted as fact by Trump and then by his followers. Once again, the lie will then become the fact.

Nina Turner responds to Castro - negative

But Castro making a snide comment about something Sanders said - all well and good.

Those who are in the low percentages of support will be used to do the attacking and negativity so the "chosen one" won't have to get their hands dirty. Will be interesting to see where this goes.
