Bloomberg: “An elected Democratic official in the state, speaking on condition of anonymity, complained that if Biden has a campaign in Iowa, he doesn’t know who’s working on it or how many.”

“In contrast, Elizabeth Warren, who jumped into the race four months before the former vice president, has built one of the most robust operations in the state, positioning her to capitalize on her surging national poll numbers and her steady rise in Iowa, Democratic operatives say.”

Biden announced April 25th pretty sure.. and was in Iowa the next week.. her main office was not up and running till March.. sooooo.. she should be far ahead in having her offices open.. if she wasn't that would be very telling and unsettling.. and she does.. she is doing very good here.. and so is VP Biden.. his office gear is here.. and he will be fully staffed by the end of summer or actually thinking post State Fair.. that is when all hell breaks loose in Iowa and everyone starts paying attention.. right now it is just the people who are more activists.. gotta know Iowa politics.. unnamed Democratic activists well.. we are pretty open here.. I am a little leery of that.. but you never know.. people are wanting Trump out of here.. that it might worry someone .. I get that..

if we don't focus on who can win the Electoral College which means state by state, trump wins. We have to win the middle.

If youth turn out increases significantly in all states, but especially the rust belt, we win. Without the Rust Belt, Trump doesn't have a feasible path to EC victory- he's not going to flip 2016 Clinton states.

We need a nominee who will inspire and motivate young voters to get to the polls.

....or what the campaigns themselves tell us. One campaign is touting "25,000 volunteers" in Iowa, even though there are only about 630,000 Democrats in the state. One out of every 25 Democrats volunteered for that campaign? Hardly believable.
