instead of talking about the issue and how he is the best on it he spends most of the time complaining.

and as we saw with the first debates they usually aren't about substance.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:

He may have done a Sanders and had his staff produce a smear carefully dissociated from him, but the link is not established. And given the hostile, bottom-trolling nature of this ad, IMO we shouldn't assume.

Notably, although it may have pleased hostiles who made more of it than they should, speaking out in public when the DNC declined his request for a special debate on only one topic (which would have provided a very large advantage to one candidate, him, over all others) is not exactly the same thing. That may not have been admirable, but he badly needs coverage from a negligent press and that got him some.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

if having Steyer in the race is good news for Inslee (gives his main issue some oomph) or bad for him, as Steyer has far more money than Inslee could raise in the near term.

I'm from Washington State, think Inslee's great. But debates were decided last year. Do something else. An event with celebrities and information about green technology that more people will watch.

those who imagine the DNC as an evil counterpart to the RNC. I found the ad in the OP on Milled.com, a retail sales site.

Btw, for those who missed it, here's The Onion's take on this kind of thing.

DNC Committee Throws Bound Jay Inslee Onto Melting Iceberg Before Pushing Him Out To Sea

ANTARCTICA—Cackling as they stuffed a rag into the Democratic governor’s mouth and tied his hands behind his back, the DNC reportedly tossed a bound Jay Inslee onto a melting iceberg Friday and pushed him out to sea.

“Well, well, well, if it isn’t my good friend Mr. Inslee! Tell me, sir, as a Democratic candidate—is this the type of climate debate you wanted?” said a grinning DNC chair Tom Perez as he looked at the blindfolded, gagged governor of Washington, placed a gun loaded with a single bullet at his feet, and kicked the rapidly shrinking piece of ice he was on into open waters. “Take it from me, Jay, those dear sharks and whales you want to save so badly? They’re not as nice as they look. If I had to guess, your campaign has two to three more hours, tops. So let’s just hope you can swim as well as you rally.”

At press time, Inslee was seen breaking free from the thick ropes tied around his body, diving into the ocean, and swimming to shore surrounded by a pack of several loyal dolphins.

since it seems likely that some of those drawn to him by the chance to take his side against the evil DNC might have donated, those could have generated a follow-up appeal to their pocketbooks. And so it seems.

Well, desperation's caused him to make a bad trade. Dissidents don't elect Democrats, whether presidents or dog catchers, committed Democrats do. His capitalizing on the hostility the far left and right have created toward the DNC caused me to stop our automatic donations to him before (added to the fact that his campaign was failing), and I know for sure that I'm among many voters who have zero tolerance for attacks on the Democratic Party this time around.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
