Dear Democratic presidential candidates: Please stop doing this. PLEASE.

Please stop saying out loud that Donald Trump is going to be hard to beat, like several of you have been saying emphatically during these debates. Whether or not it's true that he'll be hard to beat, the more you say it, the harder it WILL be to beat him. Not only is this message negative and self defeating, but it's a message that is elevating Trump onto a level where he simply does not belong.

If you become the nominee, you will not be running against Abraham Lincoln or Teddy Roosevelt. You will be running against a world class asshole, a con man, and a LOSER who defrauded his way into office with lies and with the help of James Comey and the Russians. The message the voters will need to hear is that Trump will be beaten in 2020, period, so get ready for a Democratic president, PERIOD. For chrise sake, you don't have to act overconfident, but please stop with this 'he'll be hard to beat' message. Keep the message about beating Trump positive.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Thinking otherwise is not a good strategy.

People who think he will be easy to beat won’t necessarily show up on Election Day.

there are many lazy types who will not put in the effort to vote if they think we will win easily.

I'm not encouraging our candidates to run around saying he's going to be easy to beat. I'm saying they shouldn't be running around saying how hard it's going to be to beat him. The more they say how hard it will be, the harder it will be, and the more confident Trump will be.

All of our candidates would mop the floor with trump in a free and fair election. Fix and secure our elections, stop gerrymandering and voter suppression, end shady e-voting machine arrangements and watch trump and the GOP descend into oblivion, where they belong.

It's about everything else (Foreign gov't interference, voter suppression, media coverage whenever Donald Trump farts, unlimited attack adds by Republican issue-advocacy groups).

who is only there because of the weirdness of the electoral college - earn that? That was true of Obama. FFS quit making Tangerine Idi Amin into something he is not.
