I thought that a bit ironic. I hope this doesn't mean Mika is going to do her "Hilary Clinton" attack on whoever ends up our candidate. Boy, can she be just awful when she wants to be.

....that despite his past, I am an avid defender of Joe Scarborough. His last couple of years on the air is enough atonement for me. I don't think anyone tears drump a new one like he does.

.... and they shared a lot of the same goals and ideals for this country's well being. My first question to you would be, what makes you think Joe Biden would completely alter his message, goals, and ideology simply for the sake of not "being Obama"?

And secondly, what if, hypothetically, Barack Obama we're running for a third term, you would not vote for him?

There's nothing wrong with Joe highlighting his time as VP in the ad. In the 2000 presidential race Al Gore did everything he could to distance himself from Bill Clinton and that was a mistake.

the summary of the Obama/Biden admin's accomplishments, when the narrator says, "NOW, Joe Biden is running for president..."

Perfect emphasis on the word "now" there, pivoting from the past to the present and future.

And I see they're using the wonderful photo of Obama and Biden in the Oval Office that I posted last month after crazytown located it.

but Joe is really growing on me. He's got that "don't worry, it'll be okay" thing going for him. Plus I love Jill. She would make a spectacular FLOTUS. He's the only one I feel pretty confident could beat Trump. Still a long way until the February primary in NH, but that's where I am now. He could choose a younger Democrat - either a woman or minority - as VP so we can make the transition to a new generation at the top.
