1. Without including nuclear, his very first point is rendered moot.

There is NO WAY the US can be 100% renewable 100% of the time without using nuclear to replace the old coal ways.

2. A plan should include:

Clear, concrete objectives
Schedule with milestones
Strategy, tactics
How to finance it
Publicity/advertising

I don't see much of that in any of those 30+ pages.

to get legislation passed. This is a wish list with no means of implementation. Just more empty rhetoric.

4. 20 million jobs... but construction yards are halted because they can't fill positions

Who's going to do those 20 million jobs? Unemployment is scraping 2% or below in most cities. There are pockets of high unemployment but they're in several thousand towns spread out across the country where the only functioning currency is cases of soda.

Everybody who is capable of leaving these places has left. That means you'll need to put these jobs in West Buttmunch, Iowa, and East Buttmunch, Iowa, and New Buttmunch, Montana, and a few thousand other places that you can't administer because they're in the middle of nowhere. What are you going to have them do, in those places?

We don't have a lack of jobs in this country. We don't have enough workers to do the jobs that people want done right now. If you can fog a mirror you can get $25/hour pushing a broom in Fairfax County, and the construction sites are still stalled and constantly poaching each other.

We need to be talking about how we prioritize the work that needs to be done (and some of this seems to do that, which is good), but FFS the last thing we need is a net increase in jobs like this.

5. Would he pass a less perfect version?

Biggest problem with Bernie is his purity tests.

We maintain the house, and do manage to squeak in the 50 Senators, any bill passed on the environment that does manage to get passed is going to have concessions, and items that are less than perfect.

I trust every one of our candidates BUT Bernie will sign said legislation moving us forward, even if less than perfect. Given his history and stance on.. well.. everything.. I wouldn't be at all surprised on a Bernie Veto, and no progress at all being made.. but his supporters will be able to still claim that he had the right position..

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
