someone, anyone, has finally drilled it into Trump's thick head that China isn't paying the tariffs to the United States, and that the Treasury isn't getting fat because of his moronic tariffs? I doubt it. When Trump believes something there's no hope of his ever being convinced otherwise. His hairspray has turned his brain into a solid concrete block, compete with rebar.
