** BREAKING ** Former Ukraine prosecutor says Hunter Biden 'did not violate anything'

https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/europe/former-ukraine-prosecutor-says-hunter-biden-did-not-violate-anything/2019/09/26/48801f66-e068-11e9-be7f-4cc85017c36f_story.html

KIEV, Ukraine — A former top Ukrainian prosecutor, whose allegations were at the heart of the dirt-digging effort by Rudolph W. Giuliani, said Thursday he believed that Hunter Biden did not run afoul of any laws in Ukraine.

“From the perspective of Ukrainian legislation, he did not violate anything,” former Ukrainian prosecutor general Yuri Lutsenko told The Washington Post in his first interview since the disclosure of a whistleblower complaint alleging pressure by Trump on Ukraine’s president, Volodymr Zelensky.

Lutsenko’s comments about Hunter Biden — which echo what he told Bloomberg News in May — were significant because President Trump and his personal attorney Giuliani have sought to stir up suspicions about both Hunter and former vice president Joe Biden’s conduct in Ukraine in recent weeks. Joe Biden is leading Trump in many opinion polls ahead of the 2020 election.

<Snip>

As vice president, Joe Biden pressured Ukraine to fire the Lutsenko’s predecessor, Viktor Shokin, who Biden and other Western officials said was not sufficiently pursuing corruption cases. At the time, the investigation into Burisma was dormant, according to former Ukrainian and U.S. officials.

Hunter Biden cannot be responsible for violations of the management of Burisma that took place two years before his arrival,” Lutsenko said.

Giuliani is now screaming he's being tortured by the on-going revelations. I guarantee you he'll finger everyone involved in this putrid mess from the top down. This isn't going to be a tight-lipped Manafort vow of silence. Rudy is losing his shit already.

And Trump? He's still trying to spin it. Perfect conversation, doncha know? And Nancy Pelosi? She's been hijacked by the radical left.

On and on it goes. They're digging their own graves.

Trump isn't smart enough to have known about Joe Biden's son and what he was doing. Putin does. This is a coverup. Everyone is focused on election fraud and impeachment, we need to focus on who benefits from pulling funding from the Ukraine and how have they have gotten so intimate with our President.

17. Former Ukraine prosecutor says Hunter Biden "did not violate anything"

Sep 2019

A former top Ukrainian prosecutor, whose allegations were at the heart of the dirt-digging effort by Rudolph W. Giuliani, said Thursday he believed that Hunter Biden did not run afoul of any laws in Ukraine.

“From the perspective of Ukrainian legislation, he did not violate anything,” former Ukrainian prosecutor general Yuri Lutsenko told The Washington Post in his first interview since the disclosure of a whistleblower complaint alleging pressure by President Trump on Ukraine’s president, Volodymr Zelensky.

Lutsenko’s comments about Hunter Biden — which echo what he told Bloomberg News in May — were significant, because Trump and his personal attorney Giuliani have sought to stir up suspicions about both Hunter and former vice president Joe Biden’s conduct in Ukraine in recent weeks. Joe Biden is leading Trump in many opinion polls ahead of the 2020 election.

Hunter Biden has denied any wrongdoing, and there is no evidence he was involved in any lawbreaking in his work in Ukraine with the country’s largest private gas company.

And that tweet included here, with the Ukrainian president and trump shaking hands, what on earth should we expect the poor sap to do? He’s asked if he felt pushed, with the big capo who was the one pushing him so hard and so relentlessly SITTING RIGHT THERE? WHILE he’s being asked if he felt pushed by the same big Mafia don who’s sitting there literally inches away?

What the hell do you expect the poor schmuck to say? The don is as much as holding an invisible knife to his throat.

The same dynamic applied to the now-infamous “transcript.” You won’t find trump saying “here. I’m bribing you to go bigtime mess up this potential rival. And you know that money you think we’re gonna send you? Get me some dirt on my rival or you can kiss that money goodbye.”

No. trump would never do it that way. He’s all about insinuation and suggestion and staging unspoken messages and clues and tip-offs. He’s more of the “gee, nice little set-up you got there, dude. It’d be a shame if something happened to it...” type of manipulative mind-fucker.

And then he can look you straight in the face and lie to you that he never threatened to rough you up, rape your wife and daughter and burn your house down.
