No, I won't attend a Bernie debate-watch party on the 15th in Somerville.

What I really hate is getting a text on my cell phone, addressing me by my first name, like we're friends. I know other candidates do it. I guess my info is out there.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

....and signed up for Sanders' phone app, you're liable to get stuff like that.

"Volunteer for Bernie by talking to your friends and community"

https://app.berniesanders.com/

By "talking to your friends and community" they mean "use the app to contact EVERYONE you've ever run across since you got your phone"!!!

PS - other candidates do it ONLY if people sign up directly with their campaigns to get such messages, not through others who sign up.
