You cannot bug-out the way Trump did on a whim, and leave a whole people to annihilation.. or give over any influence in the middle east to Russia and the Dictators.. we have to clean this up before anything gets done or we will be looking at another 9/11... our troops back there with no assistance.. we will be there alone, and we will have to do more than depend on the same few families to send their people there time after time..

"DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) Seeking to leverage his experience in foreign policy, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden on Wednesday ripped Donald Trump's withdrawal of U.S. military forces from Syria as the latest proof that the president is a "complete failure" who is gutting American credibility around the world......
"He is a complete failure as commander in chief," Biden said. "He is the most reckless and incompetent commander in chief we've ever had."
Biden forecast a domino effect for Trump's decision and his isolationist approach in general. "Who will stand with us" in the next international crisis, Biden asked, "if the United States is reduced to an unreliable partner?"

(21,743 posts)Biden worked in the WH for 8 years and he knows how it is "supposed" to work. So many things that most of us never even think of.
Let Joe fix the car and then we can get a new one in four years, but first we need to get back home.

(22,875 posts)that people feel he is the best to right the ship.. and more than a little angst that, this speech was not covered...but as I tried to explain.. this is the primary/caucus part of the season, and none of our candidates speeches are being covered on the national level except in regards to disputes with each other... Trump is in for the hurt of his life when all these Democrats turn their fire on him in a unified voice..
