Rashida Tlaib endorses Bernie Sanders for president

Detroit — Rep. Rashida Tlaib on Sunday endorsed Bernie Sanders for the Democratic presidential nomination, joining two other members of the progressive group known as the "squad" in backing the senator from Vermont.

“We deserve someone who writes the damn bill,” Tlaib said during a Sunday rally with Sanders at Cass Technical High School, echoing a Sander’s catchphrase about his Medicare for All legislation. “We deserve Bernie Sanders.”

The Sanders campaign also released a video Sunday in which Tlaib specifically endorsed Sanders for president.

“He’s not going to sell us out,” the Democrat from Detroit said in the video.

3. She is most probably referring to the "Healthcare Bill" he is proposing
Sun Oct 27, 2019, 07:12 PM
Oct 2019

She used his words when he left Tim Ryan with his mouth open during the debates. Bernie said something and Tim Ryan said "You don't know that", to which Bernie responded "Of course I do, I wrote the damn bill!", and Ryan just stayed in one place with his mouth visibly open, the cameras made sure to show his body language.

And here is a link where you can try to answer your own question "What Bills?". I admit that I have not gone through the entire thing, if not I would list them for you.

Does 7 not sound like a lot? Very few bills are ever enacted — most legislators sponsor only a handful that are signed into law. But there are other legislative activities that we don’t track that are also important, including offering amendments, committee work and oversight of the other branches, and constituent services.
