Democratic Primaries
Related: About this forumI saw Michael Bennet the other day at a small meet and greet.
I was very impressed with him. First of all, he seems like a genuinely nice person. He is very low key and laid back. He introduced himself, talked for a couple of minutes, and then answered questions for the rest of the time. There were about 30 people there and Sen. Bennet was really engaged with everyone.
I came away thinking that Sen. Bennet would make a fine president.

(15,065 posts)I think it was Bennet who said that when he was President, we wouldn't have to think about him for weeks at a time! Paraphrasing. Ah, I remember just 3 short years ago when that was the case. Time flies when you're not having fun.

Thought they were all quite competent and would make solid presidents.
No doubt the lack of the national exposure is a major drawback out in the west.
