1. I'm disgusted by Bloomberg's entry into the race

But I should be thankful as this will only help Warren or Even sanders by stripping away Biden voters. Let the 1%er Super PACs and Bloomberg hemorrhage their cash on a doomed effort.

I love how Elizabeth Warren gives them heart palpitations!

2. His rationale for running makes no sense

He is horrified that Warren or , God Forbid , Bernie wins the nomination ……. Bloomberg can't win and his campaign slightly increases the chance a progressive will become the nominee ………….Some polls show him with around 6% of the vote nationally …………… If he floods the airwaves with TV ads , he could bounce his support into the low double digits .. To what end ? It's an ego trip ……….

4. While we're at it, let's take a look at poor Bill Gates too

$6.379 BILLION NEXT YEAR UNDER ELIZABETH’S WEALTH TAX.
Bill Gates has a net worth of $107,000,000,000.

Don’t worry too much about Bill Gates - if history is any guide, if billionaires do nothing other than invest their wealth in the stock market, it’s likely that their wealth will continue to grow.

Elizabeth’s wealth tax, which only impacts America’s 75,000 wealthiest families, would generate enough revenue to cover universal child care, quality public education, forgive student loan debt, provide free public college, and help finance Medicare for All.

primary today, I would vote for:

5. "if billionaires do nothing other than invest "

Gates has donated more than $50 billion to charity.

He's probably not a great example to use if you're looking for someone who does "nothing other than invest" his money.

That's the problem with lumping all rich people together. Bill Gates is not Michael Bloomberg or Donald Trump. Neither is Warren Buffett who has similarly donated billions and plans to donate 99% of his wealth to charity.

6. They can donate all they like but that doesn't mean they should be immune from taxes.

I find it utterly incomprehensible that anyone who considers themself a Democrat can actually believe that a hundred billionaire is too good to pay a 3% tax on the wealth this country enabled them to amass.
