with it, so today chili definitely will be made. My secret ingredient is Hatcho Miso, a dark rich soybean miso locally made that ads a great depth of flavor without being too salty. Think I'll make an apple pie too!

such wonderful flavor.. the Hatcho sounds delicious in chili.. great idea.. And homemade apple pie for dessert.. bon appetite!

I was thinking about my mom's chili earlier.. and how we would eat it with thick slices of pumpernickel bread with butter slabbed on.. I make mine vegetarian now with red and pinto beans.. putting miso in the next time.. thanks, betsuni!
