Sanders campaign attacks Holder/Patrick Presidential bids

There are also new reports that Eric Holder may jump into the race. He was the architect of the so-called “too big to jail” doctrine that made sure bankers were not prosecuted after the financial crisis. After that, he returned to his corporate law firm, whose website says he specializes in “white collar defense.”

And most recently, there are reports of a candidacy by Deval Patrick. He is currently an executive at private equity giant Bain Capital. He previously served as a top executive at oil giant Texaco, where he helped the fossil fuel colossus merge with Chevron. According to a detailed Huffington Post report, Patrick also became a “foreclosure mogul” at Ameriquest, where he “helped a Republican billionaire rip off the middle class.”

Again, these potential candidacies haven’t been floated randomly. They come at precisely the moment when Bernie’s campaign is surging.

to think anyone who works for a corporation is corrupt and evil. An awful lot of Americans work for corporations. They are honest and hard working people for the most part.

Neither Sanders nor Warren has worked, for a signifact time, for corporations. Most of us cannot make millions by writing books. So, yes, we have to work for corporations that allow us to... donate to political campaign.

I never reached a salary of $100K, much less $150-174K for decades, or a management position. Yet I'm probably viewed as a "corporatist" in some corners. So, after working for all that time and living frugally, I now have a net worth of roughly the same as BS before his book deals, who has earned almost $6M since being in Congress with a wife that was earning $200k as a college president.

Bernie supporters have been railing for years at Obama and Biden not prosecuting Wall Street in the first term. Holder is going to get much more shit for it because it was his Justice Department. He acknowledged this in David Axelrod's podcast.

He's unbelievable, bashing two distinguished, very popular Democrats, almost like they're infringing on HIS turf!

I wonder why Sanders never addresses the fact that about half his net worth (more than $1M) is invested on "Wall Street" in mutual funds?

One more thing, as far as that "Bern Notice" blog - that's written by David Sirota AND Sanders' campaign is not "surging".

Nationally he was at 23.0 in May, dropped to 16.9 at the end of June, 16.2 at the end of July, 17.1 at the end of August, 17.5 at the end of September, 16.8 at the end of October, and 17.0 today.

Where's the "surge"? He's 4 points down from May and hasn't varied more than about a point up or down from month to month.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
