9. That's a different issue. That's legislating a living wage and it applies to everyone. It's not...

....singling out a specific group of workers and legislating their pay levels.

But it's moot - that bill will not go anywhere in either house.

12. Being required to purchase "health" insurance from for profit "health" insurance corporations

does not apply to everyone, as a veteran I for one don't have to worry about it.

Furthermore there is nothing "livable" about a 7.25 minimum wage on the other hand making 50 times more than your average employee is highly livable.
