Snip...
Two things jump out from these numbers. First, if voters in this race maintain their focus on beating Donald Trump, as compared to focusing on ideological proximity, Biden is heavily advantaged, Binder noted. Second, Medicare-for-all is much less popular in South Carolina than simply improving upon the Affordable Care Act, another big advantage for Biden.
Methodology
The South Carolina Democratic Primary Poll was conducted and sponsored by the Public Opinion Research Lab at the University of North Florida, from Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019, through Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019, by live callers via the telephone.
Overall, there were 436 completed surveys of likely voters, 18 years of age or older for the Democratic Presidential Preference Primary in South Carolina.
The margin of sampling error for the total sample is +/- 4.7 percentage points. The breakdown of completed responses on a landline phone to a cell phone was 45% to 55%.

(31,261 posts)15. The University of North Florida is not The University of Florida.
Both are in the state university system, but that is all. The UF is the state's flagship university. I have no idea where UNF is located and I live in North Central Florida.
Otherwise. The poll doesn't surprise me. Unless President Obama comes out against him, Joe Biden will most likely carry the Black vote by a large margin and that will likely win the nomination for him.
