1. In my opinion, her calculator is too simplistic, just like her MFA proposal.
I’m for Universal Coverage and believe a Public Option with hefty subsidies gets us to goal faster than ordered/commanded MFA (as Buttigieg called it tonight).

2. The 'Public Option' on Health Care Is a Poison Pill
Some Democratic candidates are pushing it as a free-choice version of Medicare for All. That’s good rhetoric but bad policy.

3. I think MFA is best long term. But if people are so skeptical of it that it will
cost us the General Election and put the goal off more years, we’re better off with a Public Option..
I believe trump — or Haley, Romney, etc. — would beat MFA’s proponent in a landslide. ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden |

4. As long as Democrats in leadership roles fight against it, that might be possible.

5. They are fighting against it because voters are skeptical. I don't think voters
believe Warren can do it at no cost to them, as that “calculator” indicates.
Warren would justifiably call for sanctions if a corporation advertised a product with misleading ads like that calculator. ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden |

6. That's not why they're against it.
She is not the one misleading voters.
