Bloomberg Editor-in-Chief John Micklethwait just sent this note to staffers: "There is no point in trying to claim that covering this presidential campaign will be easy for a newsroom that has built up its reputation for independence in part by not writing about ourselves..."

Micklethwait says Bloomberg editorial board will be suspended.

"On News, we will write about virtually all aspects of this presidential contest...."

Micklethwait says will "continue our tradition of not investigating Mike...and we will extend the same policy to his rivals..."

Hunh... some members of his Editorial Board (suspended) are going to join his campaign.

Bloomberg will not win the nomination for at least three reasons:

1. His racist Stop and Frisk policy was atrocious, and he was still defending it at the beginning of this year.
2. He's a billionaire, and pretty much no Democrats want to vote for a billionaire.
3. He's a Democrat only when it's convenient, and if Democratic voters are not sure if someone really is a Democrat, why would they vote for him when we already have plenty of decent candidates?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
