Kimmel is obviously not too familiar with Yang's policies, and reacts the way many if not most people do when they first hear about them. To me, this gave all the viewers who have the same reaction as Kimmel to hear Yang's responses to those kinds of questions / concerns.

I'm not a big fan of Kimmel but I liked it.
