NEW CNN poll: Biden 28%, Sanders 17%, Warren 14%, Buttigieg 11%,

Harris & Yang & Steyer & Bloomberg 3%, Booker & Klobuchar 2%, all others 1% or less

https://www.cnn.com/2019/11/27/politics/cnn-2020-poll-data-doc/index.html

Editing to add that they also polled on who did best in the last debate:

Buttigieg 22%, Biden 16%, Sanders 10%, Harris & Warren 8%, Booker 5%, Klobuchar 4%, all others 2% or less.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

The ONLY reason Biden dropped 6 points is because last month in this poll was his highest since highplainsdem Nov 2019 #4

If you only read DU, you might be forgiven for thinking that Biden tanked in the last debate. Tarheel_Dem Nov 2019 #6

That provides him with a solid political base the other candidates don't have …..I wish that was not the case , but you have to tell it like it is …..

the days immediately after he announced he was running, in late April, when he was at 39%.

April 39%
May 32%
June 22%
Aug. 29%
Sept. 24%
Oct. 34%
Nov. 28%

He leads his nearest rival by 11 points now. He led by 16 points in October, 6 in September, 14 in August, 5 in June (when Harris was at 17%, in second place), 14 in May, and 24 in April.

What's consiistent is that he's maintained the lead, even after all the negative publicity immediately after the June debate.

What's changed is who's in second, third and fourth place, and how well they're polling.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Full disclosure: I have not watched a single debate, but I do enjoy the rush by some to always proclaim that Biden was the absolute worst. Much like Harris & Warren, Mayor Pete is having a moment, but except for the three way race for 2nd, the race hasn't really changed.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
