Editing to add that YouGov also asked respondents whether a particular Democraticc candidate would "probably beat Donald Trump" -- the response from Democrats polled:

Biden 68%
Sanders 50%
Warren 49%
Buttigieg 35%
Harris 34%

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

It is not a good sign for Warren that she is down to just 17% in their poll ….. She needs to get up on TV in the early states NOW ….If she gooses up her numbers in IA and NH , it will stop talk that her campaign is going down the tubes

If the polls are for those released today, then Sanders is in second. If polls from last week are also considered, then there are some third and fourth place results for Sanders.

Emerson has given Sanders some of the most favorable results for a few months though.

drop out to help Sanders who has more of a chance to win than she does.

She loves the image of herself as someone who persists.

There's a thing known as peaking too early. Time will tell if that happened to Sen. Warren.

I doubt seriously that even if she dropped out sanders would win nor would she should Sanders drop out...but it if they want to have someone who is somewhat like them in terms of policy...it is their only chance...one has to go. Now since neither will do it...that helps Biden so it works for me.

There are plenty of Warren supporters (like myself) that have absolutely no intention of ever voting for Sanders in the primary.

I was leaning toward Warren, but now Joe and Amy look like good alternatives. There is no way that I would vote for Sanders in a primary race with better choices available.

I don't think any candidates support goes to a certain candidate...and since more than a few Warren supporters are former Hillary supporters like me...I doubt they will go to Sanders. There are still hard feelings about the 2016 general...I don't deny that...I was merely playing politics.
