Biden's numbers are solid.. rock solid

Lets just be honest.. he has not been on TV here in Iowa non stop like a few others.. Bernie is doing a commercial bomb, so is Buttigieg.. Warren has had her fair share, and Klobachar has had a really good one up a number of times, even Yang and his wife are on quite often.. Every now and then, there is one of Joe.. (this is also a concern for all of us supporting other candidates, because media blitzes can work short term, and Bloomberg could buy up all the time slots in the future..that is another op all its own)

I have a question for the hand wringing media.. Why is he still leading?

Could it be because his supporters are happy with him? You know, the old canard of name recognition cannot be used now.. Everyone, even those not paying a penny's worth of attention know who the candidates are..

He's in a really great place going into the holidays.. I could not be happier

The article I’m referring to was Published by a renowned speech pathologist. This expert lays out how stuttering works in the mind and It has nothing to do with age etc. stutters usually have a fairly high IQ

Sorry..couldn’t find the link, but it was posted here on du several times

Two things stand out that I think affect Joe’s style of delivery. First, it’s very difficult to suddenly have the figurative finger pointed at you and be told “Go!” A question that requires a specific, simple reply. “What’s your name?” ”What will you have from the menu?” Or answering the phone. “Hello?” Those who stutter have to ease into fluidity with phrasing that softens the anxiety around that start. The second is similar. They are always thinking ahead to find word traps and a way to talk around them or use synonyms. Sometimes it can sound like rambling a bit.

Now I think Joe’s speaking style otherwise seems to assume others should know what he’s talking about, are aware of his history and he gets impatient having to be precise when he talks. But the stutter has an effect.

But I think most would admit this has always been Joe Biden's nomination to lose because of his decades of experience, his accumulated knowledge and the 8 years of solid service as President Obama's wingman. Biden is the complete package. But voters will ultimately decide if he's the package they want.

For me, the choice is a no-brainer. But we shall see.
