Regardless of who you support, who do you think will be the Democratic nominee for president?

For the first time ever, I'm actually convinced Bernie will win the nomination. But hey, who knows?

that he supported Bush/Cheney for re-election in 2004.

I have not heard one single Democrat bring that up.

Are we really so obsessed with Trump that we have forgotten that George W. Bush was one of the worst presidents in American history?

I have not looked up his 2004 speech. He was the Republican mayor of the host city, so he gave a speech. The difference would be if he just praised W, bad enough, or if he attacked Kerry. If he attacked Kerry, the question is how he attacked him. I know that since then he worked a lot on climate change with Kerry, both when Kerry was SOS and afterward, but Kerry is someone willing to work if it helps a goal he has with people who trashed him in 2004.

However, Bloomberg really is someone between 2 parties. I saw on education that he gave $200, 000 to supper Idaho governor Otter's changes to education that I know little about, but know were terrible. I bet he gave lots of money to Republican candidates and issues in the 8 years he identified as Republican. Obviously, we all know about Stop and Frisk. I suspect there are many other things that will surface.

Not to mention, while DU is not representative, he has very little support here. This should suggest that he is absolutely not completely in Biden's lane. Where he might have support is in the rightmost part of the Democratic party, including people who are disaffected Republicans.

...without a doubt...

...it's early but Bernie's resonating and I'm getting good vibes from most everyone I know...

...true, people are not fully engaged in election politics at the moment...

...but just about everyone wants what Bernie is selling and no other candidate even comes close...

...they believe Bernie, believe in his solutions and believe he can deliver on his vision for America...

...you can feel the time is NOW to begin solving the many entrenched problems we have...

...Bernie will lead the way...

His only slim chance would be a brokered convention that gets past the first round but then the DNC and superdelegates would never allow him to be the nominee so he has no realistic path to the nomination.

Hypothetically, Sanders and Warren could maybe join forces but which one is gonna agree to be VP? Neither.

...but mark my words, this impeachment thingy is going to drag Joe and his family, rightly or wrongly, through the mud...republican false accusations and lies will stick...

...Joe's not going to come through this unscathed and may be permanently tarnished or damaged...

...I don't believe Joe has the stamina and ability to manage or survive the storm ahead...

...no one has...

I’m intrigued by some of the ways you can bet on this stuff, yet think it’s also probably a sign of the apocalypse. Turns out you can bet on almost anything these days.

Opining as an outsider, I think Warren would be the best pick, though it's still too early to call.

I reckon Biden will prevail and take the nomination.
