While yes, you do have to have a reason to actually impeach someone - you don't have to even understand the process to make the subject into red meat for an audience who's angry that their would-be dictator is being held to the rule of law.

I was going to mention this as well. The message from Republicans is that they do not accept Democratic governance as legitimate, only their own tight-fisted hold on power. By any means, at any cost.

That's where we're at with an entire party infected with mad cow disease.

It isn't all Texans. It the little piece of Redneck Texas that is in far east Texas. According to wikipedia:
