3. Reich gets it - Democratic infighting overt the nominee will ensure Trump's re-election

Overcoming dark money, along with corporations and billionaires attempts to buy elections will be a difficult enough hurdle to overcome as it is. Democratic infighting due to one’s preferred nominee not being chosen will re-elect Trump. It is no understatement to say it will mean the demise of our democracy. If you’re not afraid, you’re not paying attention.

Criticisms of policy or electablity aren't "infighting"...even when the focus is your candidate.

Franky I think Reich is indulging in some fairly absurd wishful thinking. And it also saddens me to see Warren continually portrayed as nothing more than a clone of Sanders.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

There are very practical reasons why neither would choose the other as VP.

I know Sanders has said he would like a POC.

Though I think the larger point Reich was making was that Progressivism itself is a winning strategy.

Unfortunately, while I think Warren is sincere, she isn't as progressive as Sanders. And Sanders has been doing it longer. So on that front, she will be overshadowed by Sanders.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:

He ran in 2016 in order to move the Democratic party to the Left.
And he did that.

He wanted to get other younger progressives to run for office.

He did that.

He wanted people to organize to assert political power.

He's still doing that.

As Sanders has said numerous times, this isn't' about him.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Undecided
