It's way too early, but if Sanders and/or Warren drop below 15% in NH, it's bad news for them.

considering that they represent adjacent states. Perhaps the voters there have seen so much of them in the media that they know things which they don't like?

In a tight race against Bernie Sanders, Tulsi will take delegates away from the latter.
And Gabbard herself will get zero delegates because you need at least 15% to do so.
