and in order to pass, it needs all constituencies to be on board.

There is no bill that will only appropriate soldiers' salaries and nothing else.

Vermont senators won't vote for the bill unless F-35 funding is bloated for example.

So Ro Khanna is being disingenuous here.

And we can never find enough for education, and healthcare, and infrastructure.

Is it possible that the war profiteers have a reason to make sure to have at least one contract for the war industries in every single Congressional District?
