2. We are totally clueless how Sanders would go. His priority is not necessarily our priority.

He has things he wants done and will tend to look toward the judge that will give him that, and that will not always align with social justice issues. So, that is a conversation I would like Sanders to have with us, the voters. The Democratic base.

I just feel it’s bad luck at this point.

Makes me worry that something is going to happen to one of “our” Justices before we have the majority to take proper action.

Merrick Garland who was a pretty much centrist candidate to begin with. Now we need 35 year old flamethrowers to the far left of Mao Zedong just to break even-and if you have a majority in both the house and senate they let you do it...
