The Iowa poll average don't surprise me. We have an absolutely insane, violent, tantrum prone demented child with the nuclear codes in The White House (and most of the Senate). People havc e had it. Even Republicans and Independents overwhelmingly want him to avoid war with Iran at all costs. Too late for Trump, but it makes a Biden win much more likely.

So Biden's forthcoming 4th in IA, judged on the prospective strengths of the ground games - should be a game changer. If I was a supporter, I would be damping down his "lead", not talking it up.
