2. Warren is right, cash bail victimizes minorities and the poor the most.

4. Of course she's right, extremely unegalitarian also. The problem
is what to replace it with and how well it works.
Of course many, many communities want to fix this and are already implementing new technology such as ankle monitors and such, but an era of underfunding, defunding and taxes cut to the bone is greatly retarding replacement of the current cash-in system with a cash-out out. ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden |
